About the role
We're looking for a Content Creator to create engaging short-form content for both Scale Studios and our clients. You'll be responsible for turning ideas into videos that educate, entertain, and generate engagement across social media platforms.
This role combines content ideation, on-camera presentation, filming, and editing. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring content strategies to life while staying ahead of social media trends.
What you'll do
Appear on camera in videos for Scale Studios and client brands
Brainstorm and develop creative content concepts, hooks, and storylines
Research and adapt trending formats, sounds, and social media trends
Film short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Edit videos and prepare content for publishing across platforms
Create engaging captions, content angles, and campaign ideas
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to execute content strategies
Attend content shoots and filming sessions when required
What we're looking for
Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content
Ability to identify, analyze, and adapt emerging social media trends
Basic to intermediate video editing skills
Strong communication, storytelling, and content planning abilities
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple content projects
Nice to have
1+ year of experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field
Photography or videography experience
Experience managing or growing social media accounts
Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
Understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics
Experience creating content for agencies, brands, or client accounts
